MLS Committee
Ensuring Reliable and Efficient Listing Services
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Committee oversees the operation and policies of the MLS, ensuring that it remains a reliable and efficient resource for our members. This committee focuses on maintaining listing accuracy, enforcing MLS rules, and exploring enhancements to improve the user experience for members and their clients.
Marketing Committee
Promoting OVBR and Member Success
The Marketing Committee develops initiatives and events to enhance OVBR's visibility and member engagement. This group promotes OVBR’s programs, builds public awareness, and creates resources to help members expand their businesses. In addition, the committee organizes fundraising efforts to support local community programs and initiatives, reinforcing OVBR's commitment to giving back. The committee’s goal is to communicate the value of OVBR to both members and the community through meaningful outreach and impactful events.
Young Professionals Network (YPN)
Supporting the Next Generation of REALTORS®
The YPN Committee is a dynamic and inclusive group open to real estate professionals of all ages who are passionate about personal growth, networking, and community engagement. This committee creates opportunities for professional development, fosters connections among members, and encourages collaboration across the industry. In addition to organizing educational events and networking opportunities, YPN actively participates in fundraising initiatives and community outreach programs to make a positive impact in the Ojai Valley. Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned professional, YPN is a welcoming space to learn, grow, and give back.

The Nominations Committee plays a vital role in shaping the future of the Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS®. Tasked with identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for leadership positions, the committee ensures that the board and its committees are led by individuals who are dedicated to the success of our members and the real estate industry. Upholding Ethics and Integrity
The Professional Standards Committee upholds the integrity and ethical practices of the real estate profession by ensuring adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. This committee plays a critical role in maintaining professionalism within the industry by reviewing ethics complaints and conducting arbitration hearings when disputes arise. Through education, mediation, and enforcement of ethical standards, the committee fosters trust between REALTORS®, clients, and the community, reinforcing the commitment to excellence that defines the Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS®.
